1. **Sadhana ki Niyamitata:** Mantra jaap ko niyamit roop se karna mahatvapurn hai. Din mein ek samay niyamit roop se mantra jaap karein, ideal taur par subah ya shaam ka samay upyukt hai.

2. **Asan Ki Taiyari:** Dhyan lagane ke liye samay aur jagah ka chayan karein, jahan aapko anya vyavhaar se na vilamb hota ho. Ek shant aur pavitr sthan chunna mahatvapurn hai.

3. **Mudra aur Pranayam:** Mantra jaap ke dauran sahi mudra aur pranayam ka abhyas karein. Kuch mudra jaise ki Gyan mudra ya Pranayam jaise ki Anulom Vilom pranayam mantra jaap ke liye upyogi hote hain.

4. **Mental Sthaapana:** Mantra jaap shuru karne se pahle man ko sthapan karna avashyak hai. Iske liye kuch der tak dhyan karein aur man ko antarik shanti aur santulan mein laayein.

5. **Mantra ka Uccharan:** Mantra ko dhyan se aur shuddh dhwani mein uccharit karein. Isse mantra ka shakti mein vishwas bana rahega aur uska prabhav adhik hoga.

6. **Dhyaan mein Rehna:** Mantra jaap karte samay apne man ko mantra par dhyan lagayein. Mantra ki awaaz aur arth ko samajhne ki koshish karein.

7. **Bhavnao ko Sthit Karana:** Mantra jaap ke dauran uchit bhavnao ko sthit karke, bhakti bhav se mantra ka jaap karein. Isse mantra ke shakti mein vriddhi hoti hai.

8. **Samapti aur Shraddha:** Mantra jaap poora karne ke baad, samapti mantra (samapti shlok) ka jaap karein aur apne anubhavon ko shraddha se svikar karein.

In vidhiyon ko niyamit roop se anushasan ke sath abhyas karke aap natho ki shakti ko manra jaap kar sakte hain. Yah koi vyaktigat anubhav hai, isliye ise niyamit roop se abhyas karna aur guru ki margdarshan lena mahatvapurn hai.
